How big a turkey do I need?
About 1 to 1.5 pounds per person, a little more if you want leftovers.
Is the turkey fresh or frozen?
Our whole turkeys and turkey breasts are fresh. Geese, capons and ducks are frozen and can be thawed at home.
Is there an order deadline?
